Minimum 12" radius

Casing Limitations

Minimum 60" radius for profiles up to 2 1/2" wide.
Minimum 120" radius for profiles from 2 1/2 to 4" wide.

Crown Limitations

Minimum 96" radius for profiles up to 3" to 4" wide.
Minmum 120" radius for profiles from 4" to 6" wide.
Minimum 144" radius for profiles from 6" to 8" wide.
Minimum 168" radius for profiles from 8" to 9" wide.
Minimum 192" radius for profiles from 9" to 10" wide.

To measure for straight applications, just measure the length needed and round up to the next even footage. For tighter radiuses specify whether it should be bent on the face or back. This will ensure the fit to be snug.
